Oops , it is 1/24 Scale . I ment to say it is a Duty Dodge Drafter . Still , a nice curbside kit . If I had a correct engine laying around it would be full scale . Thanx.. smile/cool.gif

Whose kit is this (maker) and what year and model Alfa is it?  I've searched my old kit manufacturer's catalogues and can't find it listed.  Is it a Heller model?  I don't have their older catalogues.  I would like to try to find this model.

I don't understand "Duty Dodge Drafter".  What does this mean?

I have a 1/12 scale Bandai 1930 Alfa Gran Sport to build sometime, when I get around to it.  I believe that Nuvolari won the 1930 or 1931 Mille Miglia in this type of car but can't find any color reference pictures.  I have a few black and white pictures which are mostly of Nuvolari and spectators obscuring the car from view, so my information is limited.

Can anyone help?

This Nitto kit dodged an Import Tarrif Law . It was considered a Toy as it has a barrery box for two AA cells . Also a motor and complete wiring , plus , the appropiate gears .  In the barren '80's these kits were available . No parent would spend the time to build this many parts kit to have their fidgit abuse and destroy in a amtter of minutes . As far as the prototype , I only remember it is a 1500 . This Alfa was named for it's engine size . I like the Motorcycle type fenders . The body is a swell time to assemble from the multitude of seperate parts . I would try a Ebay Search for Alfa or motorized kits . Thanx..
